[Building Sakai] help - video integration

Sam,

Thank you for this information!  We have looked at ShareStream as well.  Can you provide the steps to integrate with Sakai or direct me as to where I may find integration instructions.

Ahh, the VLC that people use to play downloaded movies with!  No, that's a player for media and not a server-side streaming product.

 

The most common products I see in this community are Kaltura and Sharestream.  Here is a discussion of the products generally available on the EDUCAUSE CIO list:

What about VLC?  Will this integrate with Sakai and if so, how?

 

Can you be more specific?  You are looking at a video streaming product called VLC?  Can you include a link to the product?
