So Sakai and CAS are both using the domain webauth.claremontmckenna.edu?

NakamuraAuthenticationFilter looks wrong.  That is a legacy filter that I
don't believe should be activated.  Please post your
modified webapps/sakai-login-tool/WEB-INF/web.xml file.
