[Building Sakai] Possible 2.10 blocker

Hi All,

I tried firing up a local pack-demo version of Sakai trunk.  If I add this property in, content.upload.max, I get severe errors and Sakai does not start up properly. If I take the property out, Sakai does start up properly.

Before I open a Jira, I thought I would check to see if anybody can reproduce the error or if it might be something specific to my environment (though that seems unlikely).
