[Building Sakai] Possible 2.10 blocker

I'd be curious as to what else you have in sakai.properties and what the specific errors are. If you send both the catalina.out file and the sakai.properties file, someone may be able to give you a quick assessment (or if not, you could attach both to a JIRA).
