[Building Sakai] clustering strategy for JForum in Sakai

Hi Curtis,

All the files on the filesystem to be on shared drive to access across 
all the servers. Update the properties in sakai.properties. We have 
similar setup in the production for all the files that are stored on 
disk in the JForum
