[Building Sakai] FW: Anyone using the Edia SCORM player

It seems the site does not have a collection, you might try and put a
resources tool tool on the site to make sure one is present.

The SCORM player tries to create the site collection if one is absent, but
it might fail because the user does not have sufficient permissions.
