[Building Sakai] jsMath Warning behavior changed at Sakai 2.8?

I haven't heard of anyone mention jsMath for awhile, but I don't see of
anything that would have changed. Maybe if you used a different or older
version, though the jsMath library hasn't changed in over 3 years, and
neither has rwiki's support for it.

There was some discussion about replacing jsMath with MathJax a few years
ago but I never saw a patch for that one.
