[Building Sakai] Video & audio calls in neochat.

Maybe was the translator. Try setting up english on preferences first. I 
just tried on a MAC OS X 10.8.3 with a fresh Chrome 26.0.1410 and worked 
nice connecting to other pc with linux and chrome. Are you running an 
older version of chrome? Also, make sure that you don't have opened 
other session with the same user in other browser.
