[Building Sakai] plagiarism detection tools

Has anyone used or integrated other tools than turnitin with Sakai, for example "viper" (=free)?

I saw some recent discussion of someone building a new one, but there are several others around, and I wonder if anyone has interfaced the Sakai submission tools to any of them.
