[Building Sakai] 2.9.0 DB Conversion, MySQL script error

I created SAK-23164 for the citation SQL script issue that fails to run due to the lowercase table name.  I linked it to SAK-22700, which contains SAK-16091 in its summary statement.

Unsure if this has been reported.  If not, should SAK-22700 or SAK-16091 be re-opened, or a new issue opened?

Attaching the adjusted script, which runs without error after editing the table name.

Re-opening old, merged, and verified issues is really confusing.  Opening a new JIRA and linking the new JIRA to the problematic ticket is preferred.

And yes, your bug is legitimate.  Please file a new issue.
