[Building Sakai] Samigo auto-submission issue

Hi Dev list,

We are experiencing issues with Samigo not being able to save students'
quiz answers during the time the auto_submission quartz job is running.
Sakai keeps thinking upon students pressing trying to submit the answers.
We are running samigo-2.8.x r108716 on sakai-2.8.x and we have applied the
patch https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-1088 to make the job run
after retract date.  We scheduled the job to run every midnight.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?
