[Building Sakai] Images and links to resources in question pools

Hi Diego
I did a custom for this that won't work for everyone, but might work for
some - possibly you. Using the RTE method you described, when the question
pool questions are published, I changed it to force a replacement of
whatever site id is in the path with the site id the assessment is
published in.

This only works if you have moved the files to the site in which you
published the assessment.
