[Building Sakai] NeoChat for production use?

Hi everybody.

I don't understand very well if you are talking about Sakai's concurrent 
users or NeoChat's concurrent users. Is the same? Does every Sakai user 
launch a NeoChat connection even if he doesn't use it?

Being a quite small university, we have between 500 and 1000 concurrent 
sessions per node. At least, that is what our sysadmin has told me...
