[Building Sakai] NeoChat for production use?

For the documentation, how about something like:

"NeoChat - experimental feature - performance concerns exist for large installations. Guidelines - if deploying NeoChat it is recommended to deploy one app node per 250 concurrent sessions.  While no issues have been found in performance tests to date, Neochat increases the number of requests sent to Sakai, so monitor your system closely. "
