We, at Yale, have just backported the Web tool from Sakai-10(trunk) into our Sakai 2.8.x.  So far it works out great for the mixed content issue.

I am looking for the patch that open the web content tool to pop-up in new window to resolve the mixed content issue..

I checked following JIRA and I am confused which one is doing this feature.

We are running 2.9.x branch r126187. Please let me know if any school implemented this feature and the patches they used.
