[Building Sakai] Portfolio site

Hi ,

I'm working on the translation of the actual Sakai version in Russian.

Therefore I loaded the trunk version of sakai

svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/trunk/ trunk11122013

If I deploy the version everything goes fine,

But I can't create the Portfolio site. There is no such option -I see only
two options for Project and course sites.

I tried to do it as Admin and as a normal user.

Can somebody help me?
