[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.2 and Kernel 1.3.2 problems during load testing

I looked at this for a little today and don't see anything wrong with the
site, either with authenticated or unauthenticated users.
It's possible there's some edge cases it's missing? I see anything in a
typical case.
