[Building Sakai] Editing gateway message?

Is it possible to edit the gateway's welcome message from within Sakai? I
tried the following:

- Go to Worksite Setup
- Go to Gateway
- Click the edit button on the Welcome! message

This opened the editor and also allowed me to change the title ("Welcome!")
to something else. When I saved it, only the title change was effective -
the text I had entered in the editor was not saved, and it still showed the
generic message.

I understand that you can configure the gateway to use a static HTML file
for its welcome message, but it seems almost like you can just edit it
online... as the admin.
