[Building Sakai] Critical issue: 'file upload' questions

This happened to us several months ago.

If I remember well, /tmp/ is completely deleted each time that server is 
rebooted and also it has some daemon that deletes files (but not 
directories) older than a configured date.

We also left /tmp as default in sakai.properties. It was our fault, but 
IMHO there should be a warning pointing that property to be changed

Fortunately, we stored tmp too in our backups, so we could restore it 
and copy the files to another folder.
