[Building Sakai] Bug while launching scorm content

Dear All,

When i am launching the content i am getting 404 error page 
http://old.nabble.com/file/p34441592/error.jpg error.jpg 
 and the URL ends up like this 

access/meleteDocs/content/private/meleteDocs/6a5e93ab-b796-405c-a851-49ea2fc2ed64/uploads/Tools
for Evaluating Employees_ Performance  _TEEP

and when i check in the server i am getting following warning 
WARN TP-Processor11 org.sakaiproject.content.impl.DbContentService - :
failed to read resource:
/private/meleteDocs/6a5e93ab-b796-405c-a851-49ea2fc2ed64/uploads/Organic
Farming len: 140 : java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/opt1/data/sakai/db/bodyContent/fs6/2011/231/07/42232853-4505-491b-918b-6ecdb558335d
(No such file or directory)
