[Building Sakai] Sakai Hybrid Deployment Process Failed

Hi All,

         I am working on the Sakai Hybrid Deployment process in windows. I
have installed Cygwin,GIT,Ruby and Rake. When i am cloning using GIT, it is
giving the following error.

$ git clone git://github.com/sakaiproject/OAE-Builder.git
Cloning into 'OAE-Builder'...
fatal: Unable to look up github.com (port 9418) (hostname nor servname
provided, or not known)
