[Building Sakai] Builder in not installing -- Sakai Hybrid

Hi All,

I am trying configuring Hybrid Developement in windows using cygwin. 

When i am trying to clone OAE-Builder using GIT i got the following error. 

$ git clone git://github.com/sakaiproject/OAE-Builder.git
Cloning into 'OAE-Builder'...
fatal: Unable to look up github.com (port 9418) (hostname nor servname
provided, or not known)

I have downloaded the code manually. Later, i have tried to install ruby
bundle gem. 

When i am intalling Ruby bundle using "gem install bundler" i am getting
following error

ERROR:  Could not find a valid gem 'bundler' (>= 0) in any repository
ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)
    SocketError: getaddrinfo: hostname nor servname provided, or not known 
(http://rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)

can any one suggest me, How can i overcome these error.
