[Building Sakai] opening Link tool in a new tab or window

Hi Elise, 

Thank you very much for the quick reply!
Unfortunately using Web content tool the users do not automatically log in to the external application 
while using Link tool they do (with their sakai credentials). 
Is there an option to open a link in a new window for link tool?
