[Building Sakai] opening Link tool in a new tab or window

Hi Natalia:

As administrator, in the sites manager, editing pages, in each page you can
select if the tools in a page will open in a pop up window or not (by
default is not, obviously).

The only problem of this is that a normal user can't configure this, must be
the administrator.

Thank you very much for the quick reply!
Unfortunately using Web content tool the users do not automatically log in
to the external application while using Link tool they do (with their sakai
credentials). 
Is there an option to open a link in a new window for link tool?
