Ashley
We had this happen to us once. We never figured out how it occurred, and it
hasn't happened since. Here's how I fixed it.

Note: In our case, some assessments which already had submissions received
bonus submissions from this mix up. For this reason I needed to used dates
to differentiate the two groups.

update SAM_ASSESSMENTGRADING_T set PUBLISHEDASSESSMENTID = <the right one>
where (SUBMITTEDDATE > TO_DATE('16-MAR-2011 00:00:00', 'DD-MON-YYYY
HH24:MI:SS')) and (PUBLISHEDASSESSMENTID = <the wrong one>)

After this, we didn't have any other abnormal side effects.

Hope this helps.
