[Building Sakai] Assessment Migration from Bb (WebCT) CE8 to Samigo

Shoji,

Did you happen to try the bFree application to see if it will process a 
extract file for you.  If so I have the code I can give you and you can 
modify it to try and process the Test and Quizes for you.
