[Building Sakai] Assessment Migration from Bb (WebCT) CE8 to Samigo

Mike,
Thank you for your offering.
Unfortunately, WebCT CE8 doesn't have a functionality to export
courses like Bb 6 as far as I learned from our local WebCT rep in
Japan.
Nate is also suggesting that WebCT CE8 is less open to parsing (eg,
using bfree).
So, I haven't tried bFree so far.
