[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.x build problem

Hi,
     I am having trouble building sakai 2.9.x latest revision with 
JDK6/Maven 2.2.1. Any ideas what could have gone wrong?
Here is the log

   Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

   Then, install it using the command:
       mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject.kernel

-Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file

   Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the 
file there:

-DartifactId=sakai-component-manager -Dversion=1.2-SNAPSHOT 
-Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]
