[Building Sakai] status of some papers are looking "in progress" even after retraction of exam [Semigo tool]

Hi Naira,

In 2.8, "Retract Now" won't trigger auto submission. Can you please check
if your due date is set to a past date?

Just an FYI, this logic will be changed in 2.9. Please refer to SAM-1088
for more information.
