[Building Sakai] problem while pasting Announcement from MS Word document

The key error should be fixed in 2.8.1.  How did you deploy 2.8.1
announcements?  Did you deploy it over the existing 2.8.0 announcements in
Tomcat?

If you are deploying only one tool, make sure to clean out the old
directories in Tomcat before re-deploying (components/sakai-announcement*,
shared/lib/sakai-announcement-*, webapps/sakai-announcement*).
