[Building Sakai] problem while pasting Announcement from MS Word document

Dear Sam

I downloaded a fresh copy of SAKAI 2.8.1*, *and upgraded
oracle database from 2.7.1 to 2.8.0 and then to 2.8.1


when pasting data from MS Word document to announcement text area, then
users see

<o:p> </o:p>


at the place of new line and space
