[Building Sakai] problem while pasting Announcement from MS Word document

Dear All

we are using sakai 2.8.0

When pasting data from MS Word document to announcement text area, then
getting following error

Alert: [missing key (mre):
org.sakaiproject.localization.bundle.content_type.formattedtext
html_attribute_pattern_not_allowed]

some it shows

<o:p> </o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>



same issue in sakai 2.8.1
