[Building Sakai] Problems with Resources tool after compilation

Hi Simon,

The missing images looks like a caching issue. Did you recently build the
content module but not restart Tomcat? Try that.

The second issue may be to do with the fact you are trying to do this in
the Admin Workspace. Try a normal site and see how you get on.
