[Building Sakai] # of MOTD items to be displayed

Thank you for your detailed comments.

Yes, you're right. I thought so at first but the column display of
DbVisualizer made me confuse because the value is shown as "CLOB - 1
bytes".

And that an idea to delete My Workspace to start over by using new
default setting. I will try also.
