[Building Sakai] Building from Eclipse App Builder

Hi,

I have just created a project using the eclipse app builder.  My new
project is in the Sakai source folder. I would like to build a new tool
using the app builder for eclipse. I'm receiving the following error:

Project is missing required Java project: 'authz-api'

How do I resolve this?
