You might need to enable mod_proxy; e.g.:

+Enable mod_proxy_ajp module
+---------------------------
+1. `vi /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf`
+2. Add the following line:

+    `LoadModule proxy_ajp_module modules/mod_proxy_ajp.so`
