[Building Sakai] SDATA with Sakai 2.7.1

It is good to know we are not far from the mark because we already have 
an integration with the entiy broker and we call it entity browser in 
OpenSyllabus. It allows you to select references to tools that are 
entity providers. We use it for Assignements, Forums .... but not Resources.
We will have to see about the change.
In the meantime we will just have to give our SDATA for those who want 
to see the integration of Resources (documents and citations) with 
OpenSyllabus.
