[Building Sakai] Site Information Display

Hi All,

I'm working on a Sakai 2.5.2 to 2.7.1 upgrade. In our 2.5.2 Sakai 
instance, on a site's home page it displays the sites short description as 
a title, just under the sites tab bar. In our 2.7.1 instance it defaults 
to the title of Site Information Display. Where would I look to 
programmatically change this to the site short description?
