[Building Sakai] A source management problem: branches/sakai-2.8.x and branches/sakai-2.8.x-all

Hi,

If you simply want to build 2.8 to deploy the branch to deploy you only 
need

   branches/sakai-2.8.x

The -all branches include all the independently released Sakai code 
(kernel, edu-services etc) that will be included from pre built binary 
releases during the build process.
