[Building Sakai] Fwd: IE 9 has been released

Noah,
Do the IE headers work for you? It looks like I have to actually force
IE9 to IE8 compatibility mode in the browser settings to get things
working. Putting in the header and meta-tag does not seem to be enough
to convince it. Might just be my local setup though.
