[Building Sakai] Integration of Big Blue Button with Sakai

HI all,
We have successfully integrated BBB within our Sakai.  Everything seems to
be working except that the email notifications to participants are not being
sent out (even when checked).  Is there a sakai and/or bbb property that I
am missing for this?  Any other thoughts?  All other email functions of
Sakai are working fine.
