Hi Kathy,

I assume there is no error message given to the user?

If there's no error, can you first check that you are actually adding participants (with email addresses) to the meeting. I know this seems obvious but the user interface for adding participants can be confusing.

The next thing to check is for any error messages in the catalina.out log file at the time the BBB meeting is created.

If there are no error messages in the log file, one problem we have had is with some institutions flagging BBB email notifications as spam.

There was some work done a couple of months ago to reduce the chances of the emails being flagged as spam, so please double check you are running the latest version of the BBB meetings tool (either 1.0.5 or 1.0.x)
