[Building Sakai] ePrints or SWORD integration

Does anyone know of any efforts to integrate Sakai with SWORD2-compliant 
(http://swordapp.org/) repositories in general or ePrints 
(http://www.eprints.org/) in particular?

I've turned up a couple of JISC projects (CTREP and CLIF, links below) 
which focus on Fedora integration, but neither is directly applicable to 
our ePrints-based institutional repository.

I'd be grateful for any further pointers.
