[Building Sakai] Installing Lession builder tool

Hi,
    I am trying to install lession builder too in my sakai box running 
2.7.x. After making changes to the pom.xml file I see this error while 
running maven.  Any ideas how to get past this?

   Then, install it using the command:

-Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file

   Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the 
file there:
       mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=uk.org.ponder.sakairsf 
-DartifactId=sakairsf -Dversion=0.7.4-sakai-rutgers_2.2.x 
-Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]
