[Building Sakai] "Test & Quizzes" Error: Unable to find registered context for tool with ID sakai.samigo

Hi Gautham,

Did you stop tomcat when you rebuild Samigo? I am not sure what the exact
issue you run into. I think rebuild Sakai with a clean tomcat and repo
should work. Can you please give it a try?
