[Building Sakai] RSF schema?

There used to be a document of some type at http://ponder.org.uk or http://ponder.org.uk/rsf that allowed RSF templates to validate if it was referenced in the html tag like this:

<html xmlns:rsf="http://ponder.org.uk" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en" xml:lang="en"> 

Does that still exist somewhere?  I have search in the RSF wiki and RSF forum for updates, but I do not find anything.
