[Building Sakai] Need to Change Help link in Welcome Page.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the reply. Actually i tried all the files you mentioned. I check
all vm files, and 4 vms having some Help methods(includePageBody.vm,
includePageNav.vm, includeToolBody.vm, pda.vm), i commented all those to
check which of those was correct one. But, in browser, there is no change. 

To check the correct one i cut all file except macros.vm and pasted out side
and deployed the application, even the there is no changes in the browser.
When i see the macros.vm, there is nothing in that file, completely blank
one. So, i replaced all files and removed macros.vm there was error on the
browsers. What is the importance of macros.vm. And tell me i need to modify
exactly...
