[Building Sakai] Turning Technologies Registration Issue

Hi Sakai Developers,

We are experiencing an urgent Turning Technologies (Clickers) registration issue: every time the instructor "Update Participants" in Site Info to sync the roster information, all the clickers which have been registered only to this site will be deleted. In database the "deleted" field in TT_DEVICE_ID_MAPPING was flipped from "0" to "1". Anyone has experienced the same issue? Any help will be appreciated!!
