[Building Sakai] Chat does not refresh on message submit

Hello everybody,

We are running tests with Chat on Sakai 2.7.1. The major error we are 
having right now is that the chat list does not refresh automatically 
after un message is submitted.
I checked the mailing lists, Confluence and Jira but the only thing I 
found is an old JIRA about it 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-10548 but we are not getting 
any error in the log files.

Have you seen this kind error ? Do you think there is a configuration I 
missed or something ?
