[Building Sakai] Problem with linking to parent sites from worksite setup tool

  Just spotted a bug in the 'link to parent site' function. If you use 
this from My Workspace->Worksite Setup the child always defaults to your 
My Workspace instead of the site you are editing. The same happens from 
the Admin workspace. If you do the same from within a site's site info 
tool, it works fine. This is on 2.7.x.

Does anybody know if it's been jira'd already?
